November 27 - Growing up I couldn't afford my education and hastily gave up on my dream. Although I am a successful homemaker and have mastered living life, an epiphany came to me. As an individual, I have more to offer than just a homemade pie served in a clean home. Continuing Education will help me succeed while maintaining family life.
October 24 - My goal is to one day own and operate my own marketing, consulting or advertising firm.
October 21 - To become more knowledgeable in the law, learn to apply what I already know, to keep in touch with all life changes. I am already a bookkeeper and a Senior Tax-preparer. I believe that education never stops, it is a daily learning process and everyone has the opportunity to achieve more. September 1 - I've been in nursing for 31 years. I am 51, and starting to slow down. My dream is to become more active in journalism, and writing. You could say this is a life-long dream. August 31 - Learning is a life-long journey. This is a lesson I am attempting to instill on my school aged daughter, and there is no better way to teach a lesson than by doing! My newest goal is to become a personal computer specialist

August 31 - Continued learning fosters greater opportunity. It allows individuals to have a second chance at a rewarding career and also you to develop educational skills that may ultimately set you apart from the crowd. I am a positive role model form my kids, striving to show them that learning is constant and to never give up on your dreams! I may be 40 by the time I get there, but Teaching here I come!
August 31 - I need to further my career with a certificate program in Office Administration, there are so many opportunities out there, however I already have a daughter with a University degree in Biological Science and I see how every new course she takes, adds to her resume. Being over 45 and trying to find a full-time job can be very challenging without a degree or courses behind your name, that is why I am challenging myself to upgrade from my high school education.
